Tucked away in the heart of nature, this resort is a true hidden gem. Surrounded by stunning mountain views, it offers a peaceful and secluded getaway. The staff were friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We were especially impressed by the knowledgeable and passionate tour guides who provided us with fascinating insights into the local culture and history. The on-site organic garden was a delightful touch, allowing us to savor the freshest ingredients in our meals.
While this resort definitely exceeded our expectations in many ways, we did find the dining options to be somewhat limited. The menu lacked variety and we felt that the quality of the food did not match the price.

As someone with physical handicaps, I appreciated the helpful and friendly staff, the beautiful views of the river, and the range of activities available. The receptionist was also very helpful in assisting me with my flight tickets. The resort is also conveniently located for visiting Caracol, with a nice take away lunch option for guests on the go.
I felt at home and had no reason to complain during my stay. Everything was wonderful.

The location of this lodge is absolutely stunning. Surrounded by lush greenery, towering trees, and a tranquil river, it's like being in a secluded paradise. The rooms are beautifully designed with cozy beds, and the bathrooms are clean and well-maintained. The service provided by the staff is top-notch, with friendly and attentive employees always ready to assist. The breakfast spread is delicious, offering a variety of options to choose from. On top of that, the lodge has excellent facilities, such as a warm pool and a lovely waterfall.
There wasn't enough storage space in the cabins, which made it a bit inconvenient to keep our belongings organized.
